Overall experience was bad. Dos: get references. Dont's: Do not pay until services are completed. They had done work for others in the neighborhood. I did not think they would leave me holding the bag. They did.

I payed them to do work, and they never came back and completed the service. Angie's list coul;d not contact them either. the job went terrible. They promised to cut the tree down and cut the logs to stack. Also they said they would grind the stumps, which they came back a year later and ground them up, but wanted more money.

The trees landed on my fence and broke fence posts, which they denied doing. My garden was totally trashed. Wood was supposed to be cut into 16 inch lengths and taken around the house to a specified area. It was almost dark when he finished and we discovered at least 50% was left laying uncut and on adjoining properties. He had to be threatened to come back and finish the job and still has not returned to grind the stumps, for which he was paid. Claims to be licensed arborist and fully insured but I cannot find a trace of his name anywhere.
