windows installed improperly (all leak)/ siding installed improperly (leaks),found out not a licensed electrician as he had stated- installed electrical outlets without junction boxes, contractor's insurance cancelled due to nonpayment half way through job, did not pay workers (they complained to me and asked me for money), different inexperienced workers all the time - workers would last for a few weeks and then disappear(probably due to not being paid)-fiinally fired him (Al Swinnen) - Have to have much of the work redone- still have a hole in roof since July due to improper demo work-
