Justin was able to diagnose the problem over the phone with a couple of screen shots. He was then able to order the part with the serial number. He scheduled an appointment in less than a week. He was quick to repair and then checked to ensure all error codes were correct and taken care of. He was friendly and extremely professional. He showed me the part that wasn’t working and why it wasn’t working. He also gave me advice on preventative maintenance to keep my appliance running as long as possible. I recommend 💯 %

Knowledgeable and friendly… advised me in a good direction of not getting my washer fixed due to it being more expensive than just buying a new one. Had good advice on buying certain reliable washers & staying away from certain brands
