Auto Accessories
They have average pricing and ok customer service. They forgot to order my parts for when I was scheduled to have them installed. So they replaced my stereo unit with an upgraded one for the same price as the unit I had ordered. The speakers as far as I knew where the ones I had ordered, they even gave me the boxes for the speaker's I ordered. But come to find out that they only installed 2 out of 4 speakers and they were a lower quality speaker, not the ones I ordered or had the boxes for. They charged me for all 4 speakers and to install them. I had done a lot of business with them in the past before this, this was the first time I ever had bad service like this. It was the owner of Sanford Sound that handle my order and install too! This only makes it worse. They have great products to offer, but they need some work on customer service and honesty. Probably will not go back other than to try a refund and get the products I paid for,

"Where I fully apologize for the real late response to this. I just realized it was out there and didnt know. Adam unless theres something missing I pulled the invoice # 71536 from Jan. 2011 and its for a Pioneer Radio and ONE pair of speakers. as well as labor for ONE pair of speakers. I even have a copy of your Visa/Mc slip used for payment. I also know theres always two sides to the story and would love the opportunity to resolve any miscommunication. I value all my customers and hope we can fix this as well Jack Bogard owner Sanford Sound"
