Sales representative was excellent, providing details of any specials that would be to my advantage. I chose a line that was being used in a new development and received a discount of 50%. When installed, the work was professional, courteous, and quick. I am very pleased.

Store was very attentive. Sppent as much time as necessary to make sure that we had the tiles and grouts that we wanted. Was always helpful. Had many suggestions as to pro and cons of various products. Allowd us to get independent quotes from intallers. Theirs was almost a third less than the best of the rest. Installer did a very professional job. I asked for some minor extras and he did them without any complaint or request for additional compensation.

EXCELLENT! Everyone at Sanford Flooring was so helpful and easy to work with! Their installer, Bill, did a GREAT job, including removal of base trim before installation and replacing and caulking it after (at additional cost). We did not expect that level of service, but we sure got even more than we had hoped for! Highly recommend this company.
