Mr. Roberge made a quick visit (after numerous telephone calls) to assess the problems. Mr. Roberge, promised to fix the problems. Mr. Roberge, finally came to my home with a spray can of shellac primer. He sprayed two stained areas, left with 15 minutes without a good-bye or note. He did not repair the roof, nor did he complete the painting he also promised. Instead, he left a can of paint and a brush, presumably for me to use! All my calls & those of my real estate agent were ignored, even though Mr. Roberge, was aware I had sold my home & his correction was needed to complete the sale. I was forced to pay someone else to fix Mr. Roberge's poor quality of work, and unethical business practice.

Terrible. He tried to go up in price on me by 50% halfway through the project and when i sent him an excel document to reconcile how he came up with his numbers he went ballistic and threatened me. I am currently in the process of taking him to court.

"I built you a upper deck 2 times the size as the original estimate was for so of course the price is going to increase. You misinformed me of the location of your sewage tank, once discovered I went over the price increase for the larger upper deck and you had absolutely no problem or complaints and said you knew it would cost more. You just tried to take advantage of our carpenter's ando company."
