The work was completed.

They did a very good job. I highly recommend them. It took them a couple of days to do the job. They were very professional, they kept all of their promises, they stayed in touch and I was quite pleased with their ability and the quality of their job.

They were terrific. I was given their name by my insurance agent and within half an hour of my call, they were here. They had fans up, humidifiers, a generator going and I had to have things replaced, wallpapering. They were just  terrific. They did really high quality work. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. My insurance company paid them because it was considered wind and water damage. I've given their name out to other people. They've done wonderful work. I will use them again.

It turned out very well. They were very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do. The house had such a bad mold problem and they showed up almost immediately to make the place liveable. It was topnotch. They showed up the same day or the next morning.

They went fine. There was one thing that I wasn't satisfied with the man. It was different people that came in to do different tasks, and the guy that put the rug inside went wet, so they took that out and they took out the rug padding and they put new rug padding, and the guy that did that didn't do it quite satisfactorily. It was stuck after he put the rug pad down and the rug and stapled it all to the floor. It was stuck under the rug padding that made the rug lumpy. I probably could have called them and had them come back and fix that, but I never did, and I always regretted that. That was the only thing that didn't do good. I thought it was kind of pricy, but I didn't see a detailed list that was submitted to the insurance. Other than the rug deal, the quality was pretty good. They have very good response.

Whille it was painful to see cabinets and walls, floors and ceilings disappear, it was good to become aware of serious structural concerns before trying to patch up and move in.  In February 2013, we began the rebuilding phase and grateful for the expert and capable crews Viking Restoration provides who cheerfully share their wisdom and help us through this unexpected construction process. 
So what began as a "mold remediation" job escalated into a demolition and rebuild project.  Glad we could continue to work with one company throughout and not have to start over.
