Join one of our many innovative group exercise classes or weight loss programs, diet and exercise, learn more about nutrition, nutritious smoothie, or do a little web surfing with our free wireless internet., or even a beer with friends in our cafe. You can even join our book club, or sit back and enjoy a cold drink, play basketball or racquetball, work one-on-one with our experienced staff of professional trainers, work out in our extensive cardio and strength training facility
