I got an appt quickly, and for that I am grateful. This was a new tire under warranty so it was expected they'd cover the replacement. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay mounting charges, but not excessively so. After the repair was done, my "check tire" light came on again. It turned out to be nothing, but it was one more hassle that I had to deal with. The service provider was quick to respond to my phone calls.

It went very well. We had 3 call backs and they we're taken care of promptly. At no charge then we had an issue that needed service and the they charged us fairly. Again they called before to let me know what the price would be for the service so their we're no surprises. We also had a problem with the material on the top inside coming apart. They do not do this service but they we're quick to advise me of a local person who does upholstery. This was taken care of very quickly. And they also washed my car inside and out with every visit. Great Job Prime auto!
