The service was efficient, professional and friendly. Each member of the service team knows their job, will get answers for you, return calls, do not keep you waiting, are clear in their explanations of repairs and costs, and they finish on time. Not only that, but they wash the car for you! The waiting area is large and comfortable, a small cafe provides food and drink, the facility is well kept and they provide a shuttle van service. I would heartily recommend Prime Honda!

I liked their service very much. They do the work in the latent time; they said that they're going to believe that their price was reasonable. Their people were very nice and I highly recommend them. I've been using this service for 12 years.

I love the drive up easy and quot;drive inand quot; oil change. No appointment needed. I was able to get an oil changed in an hour before we left for a long road trip. I wish they would explain to you the process of driving in to have it done because the parking lot is confusing, but the job got done!

They have been very responsive in working on my pilot. The waiting room is pleasant with wifi so time speeds up. Very professional.

This has been the best auto buying experience I have ever had. Our sales rep, Josh Doyle, asked what we were looking for and took us directly to the cars with the parameters we named. After looking them over, and test driving one, he answered all our questions and did his best to determine what we liked and what we did not like, in order to find the right car for us. As it turned out, the car we were most interested in wasn't even on the lot but at another Prime dealer in a neighboring state. No problem. Josh had it driven to Saco so we could see and test drive it ourselves. At no time did he pressure or badger to push a sale. And there were no secrets. Free Carfax reports are given readily to the prospective buyer. The price of the car was also no-nonsense. This is a no-haggle dealership that prices cars reasonably at the start. We knew before we went shopping what the true market value of the car would be, and that is what the dealership charged. Not only that, it was a pre-owned Certified car, tuned, reconditioned, and ready to go. Perfect. We bought the car and are thrilled with it. With the ready availability of the internet, buyers are more informed than ever before. And many, like myself, dislike being rushed into a sale of such large dimension, being pushed to pay top dollar, or to buy a car that is not exactly what is wanted. None of this happened at Prime Honda. Josh was honest, respectful, and helpful throughout. Next time I buy a car I will not hesitate to go back to Prime and ask for Josh.
