She sold me 2 trees. They were supposed to be dwarf maples trees not to exceed 6 feet and now they are to the top of the roof. I've called 3 different times about the trees. She says she has no record of the trees. Now it will cost $300-400 to cut them down. I'm very dissatisfied with the corporation completely. The roots are now growing into my foundation, and my water line. I am forced to cut them down and have them hauled away. All that I want to do is get help on some of the cost to get them cut down. I have never had any problems with them up until this point. She won't even talk to me anymore.

The two spruce trees that I purchased were purchased under the impression that they were dwarf trees. They were planted close to the foundation by the company. Now, the trees, which are obviously not dwarf trees are causing major problems. They are taller than the house, they are interfering with the power lines and the water lines, and they are interfering with the foundation. I need to have them moved to another location, not to mention the other damage they may have caused. My landscaper said that he has never seen anything like this and that he cannot believe that they put the trees so close to the foundation of my home.

I have tried to work this out with the company to try and recoup some of my loss. They have not been willing to work with me. I am not even trying to get them to pay for the entire excavation. All I am asking is for them to refund the cost of the two trees so that I can pay for at least a portion of the excavation, especially considering the trees may not even survive the move.

It went very well and they did a great job.  The trees look great.
