Generally I would tally up all my income and separate all my bills & invoices, taxes , insurance , association fees, utilities and general maintenance from 4 rental properties and hand it over to my tax accountant. It was a very time consuming process and lots to keep track of and stressful at times. Lillian was able to install quick books and input all my deductions into categories. Each month she can go into my account and balance the check book, If there are any unusual charges or anything in question she will send me a quick email or call should it need immediate attention such as some fraudulent charges that had been made and it's handled promptly. At years end everything is easy to hand over to the CPA for taxes. Saves time & money not to mention stress free. I would recommend Lillian Normand's services to anyone who is a business owner no matter how small, it really makes a difference to know that someone with great integrity, years of knowledge, extremely organized and very professional is right at hand to handle all my accounting needs.

We had been working with Lil for years at our cleaning company handling payroll for our 40+ employees as well as tax filings, W2's and training. When we opened our daycare business in 2009 Lil trained us on everything quickbooks has to offer. She is a great trainer and great business partner. Her ability to help us when questions arose was great- she's quick to respond and able to understand a lesser trained person who is just learning quickbooks.

"This individual and his staff at the cleaning company are exceptional clients! Over the years their need for training and services has changed. Therefore, the type of services I provide change right along with them. The QuickBooks On-line version is the waive of the future. QuickBooks on-line (QBO) is cloud-based and has the ability to accept bank feeds. QBO can save small businesses & executives lots of time & money!!. There's no need to hire someone to write checks for you to pay bills or enter data after the fact any more. When my client uses a debit or credit card to pay bills, the information is collected electronically & imported right to your checking, savings or credit card account. Once you sign in to the cloud-based software and press update the transactions become available for your review. When reviewing the transaction your making sure everything is applied to the appropriate expense or income account, then it's posted to the check register. Learning the proper way to set-up and use the software can be tricky on your own. That's where I can help. I'm available for new company set-up, training, monthly reconciliations and I can assist with bookkeeping & payroll on a temporary basis. Thank you for your business, it's greatly appreciated."
