We have contracted Kevin is plows the driveway when it snows through this winter.  So far the driveway has always been cleared promptly with each of the storm, multiple times if needed.  We have no complaints and despite the amount of snow, the driveway is always clear.  He back clears the garage door so it is not an issues getting in and out.  Professional work.

Kevin is great about adding us to his route when we need him. Much appreciated!! The cost depends on how much snow falls. The first time was over 10 inches and it was $40, the second time was less and he charged $25. I don't have a big driveway.

Kevin and his team were very prompt, professional, thorough, and effiicient. Very thorough explanation and physical demonstration of what was occuring, and how improvements were needed and made. 2nd job performed by KVM Inc. on our house, and would have him back again for more!

I am a new customer this winter with KVM Inc and I am very pleased with the snowplowing services I have been receiving. The drivers are always punctual and courteous. They back clear up to the garage doors so I can leave for work without any problem, they make sure the mailbox is not blocked, and are careful not to cause any damage. In summary, I've been receiving experienced, competent, and professional service at a fair price. Looks like I won't need that snowblower any more.

KVM set the date, did the job on schedule, working with our tenants when necessary. Job was professional and looks wonderful. I could never believe these tiny bathrooms could look so good! Price was very competitve and well worth the amount of work that went into these jobs. Jobs came in on estimate with no extra expenses.

I first saw the ad for KVM Inc recently in the local newspaper so I checked on Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau and discovered this company had good ratings on both sites so I gave him a call. Kevin met me at the property, he jotted down the things I wanted repaired/replaced and emailed me an estimate within a couple of days. We met again soon after and I paid him 1/2 of the cost upfront and the other 1/2 upon completion of the work. On Saturday April 23, 2011 we met at the property where the work was completed and I was relieved to see that he had done a professional job. As a landlord in the Biddeford/Saco/OOB area I'm thankful to have crossed paths with Kevin as he seems to take pride in his work and charges competitive prices. In fact, I've already hired him again for another project at the same property. Keep up the good work Kevin!

I called for an estimate, and was pleased with the speed of the response. The plowing has been done at just the right time, with the particular characteristics and timing of each storm taken into account. He is also careful with obstacles I've warned him about. I could probably find a cheaper service, but the quality we've experienced so far has been great.

I have used him for three seasons. He even plows out the mailbox. He has been a great guy and we can trust him.
