Very prompt follow up. Scheduled the work within 3 days of the commitment. Customer service was also great. The roof is very high and the gutters had not been cleaned in years. I inquired if  they would do this while they were on the site and had a ladder tall enough to access the roof. They agreed and gave a very reasonable price to do this work. We now have gutters that are not growing trees. Thanks for your rapid resolution to my leaking problems as well as cleaning my gutters!

I  was very pleased with Dave Lapointe, his son and crew. There was a charge above the original estimate for replacing boards and chimney flashing but he got my permission first. He and his crew worked in a timely fashion and he always communicated with me as to when he would be arriving the next day.
Dave's estimate was the middle one of the three that I got. The day that he showed up to give me an estimate I pointed out that a couple shingles were missing from the peak of the garage due to a wind storm. He took the time and effort to fix that problem right then and there.
