She's great. Runs on time, will chit chat as much or little as you want. Gives what I consider to be honest assessment of my hair. Doesn't try hard to sell me extra products.

It is a cool place to go to. They offer you this incredible tea right when you come in. They are ready for me when I come. Becca is very good and carries on a good conversation. I totally recommend the facial. It was like a massage facial where they massage your back, neck and face. It was heavenly. I would go back just for that facial. They wait on you hand and foot.
