Business owner showed up 3 days late to give estimate. By then, I was in a hurry and could not spend time looking for another installer. His price seemed high to me and I felt cornered into paying it. On the day of installation, no one showed up. I eventually succeeded in reaching the person who was going to do the installation. He told me that he couldn't get into the store to get my linoleum because the business owner hadn't shown up to work that day. Installation started the next day. It was supposed to take a day. It took a week. Mostly because the installer kept running into situations that required attention from the mostly-absent business owner. In hind sight, I would have been better off just waiting to find a different installer. I needed it done quickly before I moved a handicapped aunt into my house. The actual installation was a good (not great) job. The installer was courteous, worked hard and was obviously embarrassed by his boss's bad behavior. My only complaint about the actual installation was that in one spot a tiny pebble was left under the linoleum. Over time, as it gets walked on, it is breaking thru to the surface and will eventually start a tear in my new linoleum.
