Propane Sales Services
The quality of work done was very poor. They drilled holes in the generator to mount the regulator and the door could not be opened. When I called about that they said "everyone makes mistakes". And they did lower the regulator which had scratched the generator case. The piping job looks terrible and the flexible piping provided by the generator company was not installed (code issue) .
i contacted the state inspector and the code issues have just been resolved.
My neighbor had the same work done by another company for half of what I was charged (the service line was 10' shorter than mine)
Also, just prior to the installation a rep from Pen Bay Oil appeared unannounced, and said he was here to inspect my oil tank. I said I did not want it inspected but he said it was part of the program. I was busy so I said okay. The next day I got an invoice for $85. I refused to pay it and they have dropped that charge.
