Time Waner Cable

The line was so long that it extended out of the office and into the parking lot. They had three people at the desk but only one of them were servicing the people waiting in line. I have no idea what the other two people were doing but they seemed too preoccupied to bother with the growing number of people in the line. They could not have cared less. My daughter and I waited for over an hour just to get into the building. We were lucky that we did. When the official closing time for the office came, one of the workers closed & locked the office doors leaving a good number of people outside. The only serviced the people who had made into the building by "closing time". When "closing time" came, the two people that seemed to be doing nothing left the one person serving the line of customers to finish up. 
This experience left me with a most horrible impression of Time Warner Cable. They have a monopoly in our town so there is NO other choice available. If there was I would use ANY other service.

Not easy to get appointment - tech was on time but was doing a less than satisfactory job until I stopped him. Cable had to be buried but tech did not "do" that and failed to enter the work in his report - I had to call 3 times to get the cable buried. Lot of hassle to get work scheduled as was a new home -- had to do a site survey even though the site was in a city limits and all on street have TW service -- they have the best game in town.

Overall, its a quality experience. I would recommend them to anyone living on the main roads.

I sat all day and waited for them. They came and called my home, but they called my cell phone which was off. They left without knocking on my door. I also have cable with them. It was messing up. I lost the sound on my local channel for 3 weeks. Recently I left them and went to Satellite Dish.
