The owner came and stripped half my roof, he claimed he weathered it in. After leaving it like that for well over a month he had to come back because it was raining in my attic. He added more paper. He finally came and shingled that half. He didn't clean the gutters out, he drove all over my wet lawn leaving ruts, drove over my septic tank plus my daughter's sand box with no regard for my property. Not only did he take my payment, (I've since found out he was asking way more than the average roofer) he decided he didn't need to finish the job and left my roof half completed. Do not do business with this company. You will not only be overpaying, you will also be asking someone to come to your house that has no respect for you or your property.

Excellent. Good communication skills. Took pictures of the rotten wood for me if we were not home, prior to replacing with new boards. Frank is a good manager of his team. They all seemed experienced, worked hard every day, were polite and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend Patriot Builders/Frank Bowen to any of my friends.
Description of Work: Stripped one layer of old shingles, repaired several rotted areas on roof, relayed new Owen Corning shingles, added ice shields, cleaned up at the end of each day. Painted marks left by ladder. Replaced a screen that was damaged. Worked hard every day until my job, which was large, was completed. Frank Bowen, owner, did a walk around with us to make certain everything looked good and everything was cleaned up.
