My wife was complaining of a squeaking noise coming from the rear brakes of her van. Genuine Automotive is legitimately busy and scheduling weeks out but they were able to squeeze us in 3 days later because it was a possible brake issue with our "kid carrier".
They said it was probably nothing when I set up the appointment but they gave it the once over anyway. I got a call a few hours later to pick up the van. Plenty of brake pad left and just a metal dust issue. They did offer to order and install new ceramic brakes to resolve the issue but explained that they were expensive and wouldn't make sense to change them before the current brake wore out.
Great service, competent explanations of issues, and all possible options are reviewed (not just the one that will make them the most money) every time we take a car in to them.
