Coastal Cooper and Slate was hired to install rubber roofing on a new home. Roof leaked. They returned once, made shoddy attempt to repair. Water damage from leak continued while hidden in rafter insulation. That area of roof rotted. They refused to come look at the rot. Refused any irresponsibility.
