Excellent. I do not know Mr. Bragdon and called him based on the recommendations on Angie's list. He was able to get to the apartment within one hour and fixed the problem that afternoon. He called me to discuss what he'd found and recommended a course of action. He was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. Our tenants were very impressed, as was I. We will  definitely call Mr. Bragdon again!

Hired David via email communication which I appreciated because of my work schedule.  He was supposed to meet our septic company onsite to hook up the alarm panel once the septic co. had it installed so they could ensure the pump was in working order.  David forgot about the appointment and failed to show before the septic co. had left, I was informed by the septic co. that he did not show and called him immediately.  He came out that afternoon and hooked up the septic panel and all the fuses in the panel blew.  David called me about the issue and I implored him to try and rectify the situation since he had failed to meet the septic co. onsite and could no longer lean on them for troubleshooting.  David replaced the fuses and they blew again so he told us we must have a bad pump and the septic co. would have to come out again.  The septic co. came out the next day and replaced the fuses without issue, the pump was fine but in the meantime my husband and I were asked not to shower or flush for 24+ hours until the situation could be corrected.  Had David been onsite as he was supposed to be when the septic co. was there, there would have been no issues, and no need for the septic co. to make an additional service call.

Mr. Bragdon is receiving an average review for his work as opposed to poor because he was easy to hire and attentive once he realized he missed the appointment-an honest mistake, but since the installation still didn't proceed smoothly I can't give him a higher grade.

A few months later we hired contractors to work on our house and they recommended Mr. Bragdon (we declined their suggestion since we'd already had the experience above); we subsequently had a negative experience with those contractors and some of the other subs they recommended so I can only make the observation that the outfits that produce work of a lesser quality must stick together.
