Acord Auto fits the stereotype of a used car dealership. This family owned business is unprofessional and not very forthcoming. I purchased a car from them that was overpriced and then had to have the engine in it replaced only 3 weeks later. Thanks to having a warranty for 3 months, I didn't have to pay for it. I DID have to wait weeks to get my car back and they were not prompt with letting me know the status or when it would be done. All I got is "Well, the motor should be in tomorrow" which went on for weeks. It was nice to find out this new engine had a year warranty on it, except the fact that it didn't cover anything! After I got the car back with the different engine in it, the check engine light went on. Acord Auto said the warranty didn't cover it. They said" The warranty only covers if the engine blows up or something".The owner is extremely rude and aggressive. A woman who worked there brushed her teeth in the bathroom in the door open in plain sight!! I would stay away from this place.
