 + 0 moreWe are happy with their service. They came and took a minimal amount of time, conscientious about details like not letting the dogs out. They took care too and that's important to me.
Description of Work: Penney's Lawncare did some initial clean-up and kept up the lawn.

 + -1 moreI have not had any problems that could not be solved with a call to Walter. Some mornings I have to leave at 5am. If I call Walter and let him know that I am working the next day and a storm is expected, I have always been plowed out in time.
Description of Work: I have not used Penny's for lawn care, tho they do clean my gutters every fall. I use them for snowplowing in the winter and have found them reliable and reasonable to deal with.

 + -1 moreMany mornings his services have already been preformed before you are up. He cannot guarantee when he will get to your property but he has always been here in due time. I have never had to call with a complaint or a 'where are you'. Start to finish they do what is promised and put the customer FIRST> What else could you ask for? Lastly his prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: Plowing of snow for winter of 2010-2011.They first do the snow removal of driveways so to get out to main roads. They then return to groom the perimetries of the property.....porches, stairs, walkways and clear ways to wood piles and clear entrances to propane tanks. I can ALWAYS count on Walt's employees or even Walt himself to be here promptly after a snow storm to take care of the grounds so I can get out. Walt calls to confirm that we are satisifies with his services and also call before the beginning of a season to confirm continueing service for the comming snow season, . If you need something extra his employees are more than willing to accommodate your needs. I would recommend Walt's services to anyone who asks for help with snow removal. I have recommended Walt to several people in the Windham area who now use his services and are pleased with the results after a snow storm. My husband is out of town much of the winter months on business and knowing we can depend on Walt's services puts my husband's mind at ease and mine also. Great job done. He will be servicing as again this winter season. Jan Ash
