I have used them only a couple of times and I liked them. A couple of months ago I had a problem and I had to replace my bathroom bulbs. I turned the switch on the bulbs wouldn't go on and when they went on there was a 2 minute delay. I called him up and he answered my question over the phone and he suggested which bulb to use and what not to use. He was able to fix it over the phone and he didn't even charge me for it.
