We had a break in the main water line, and it was causing flooding in the basement, so it needed quick attention. Mark and his crew were there when they said they would be, and worked hard and quickly to dig up the line, replace it, and rebury it. It was complicated by the fact that it was very close to the gas line, so the job required a fair amount of hand shoveling. They worked to save the landscape plantings even though I said I knew they might not be able to, and were gracious and cordial throughout the day. They left the work area perfectly smoothed over and completely picked up, which made it easy for us to replant the grass and perennials. I was impressed by their commitment to solving the problem professionally. I would definitely use them again.
