Jacob came to my house after hours to troubleshoot my oven on the day before Christmas Eve. He found the problem but didn't have it with him. He left to get the part and came back with a substitute part to get me by. He returned a week later to install the original part. He got me out of a bind on the first trip because he knew that I was cooking for Christmas dinner. It was late at night by the time he left my house. He didn't have to do what he did but I sure was happy he did. I would definitely recommend Kurtz Appliance Repair and will use him again if I have appliance issues.

Jacob repaired my washing machine quickly...AND taught me how to fix it myself if it happened again in the future! On time, reliable, pleasant and charged a reasonable rate - what more could a girl ask for! Would definitely recommend his services.

came out looked at repair said i needed a new belt left to get a belt and never heard from him again. So rude and unprofessional.

Jacob immediately knew where the issue was with my dishwasher within minutes of looking at/listening to it. With the brand of dishwasher, however, the part that needed fixing was not easy to get to! Jacob efficiently took things apart, found and fixed the problem and then put things back together again. Very professional...I would not hesitate to her Kurtz Appliance Repair again.

Very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the issue was with the refrigerator. It was fixed better than new.

Jacob arrived on time and went straight to work. Turned out the dryer had been mis-wired by the previous owner; the circuit board had been severely burned, and the cost of the repair would have far exceeded the value of the dryer. Jacob showed the damage, explained the cause, apologized sincerely for not being able to repair it. He put the dryer back together neatly and cleaned up the work area. I would hire Jacob again with thorough confidence.

I gave them a 4 on service and value because it took 5 days for him to come out and he was a little pricey, but he did a great job.

I was not abe to be at my summer home when Jacob Kurtz did the repair, but I know he went above and beyond what someone else might do. He went to the house at night and worked until late getting the job done. I haven't met him or seen the work yet, but the refrigerator is working and I am so appreciative.

Did a very thorough job. Knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and how he would solve it. Made sure everything was working properly and put back together correctly.
