The Dr. and staff were very welcoming, took their time answering our questions, were very sweet to our dog. They took a precautionary blood test and found the dog needed antibiotics for tick related issues. They listened when we let them know she does not do well on antibiotics, and provided some solutions. Gave her the rabies shot and new tags, and made another appointment for distemper shot. They have a websight that you can voluntarily register your dog and keep track of her records. Very positive experience

I was able to get an appointmment that day. They actually stayed open a little late to accomodate me. They were very friendly and attentive to Peanut so he wasn't afraid. Dr. Rydell explained everything in detail and took his time to make sure I was totally informed. He is a very smart man and knows his stuff. His technicians and office staff were outstanding. I left there very confident that Peanut was given the best care and attention possible. Jordan Bay Animal Hospital truly cares for their patients and treats them like their own pets. One of their top priorities is attention to your pet's comfort. I live in a small town and find everyone I speak with feels the way I do. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
