Brandon Elwell's Roofing and Construction

I can second Brian's findings. Got a referral from another contractor that Brandon was a sub and local to Litchfield. Needed a job last Winter done. Price seemed fair, Brandon seemed knowledgeable. Roof starts going up, looking all good from the ground. Finally get up there in the spring (first chance I can)... There are holes in the metal roof (nails punched through), Ice n' water on the outside of the metal, the cuts along the valley look like crap, there are screws through the ribs (voids the warranty on over 10k worth of materials) and just an all a around shotty job. The roof leaks now, I've had interior walls destroyed and Brandon just ghosted. (4 separate attempts to engage him that he's flat out ignored)

We hired Brandon to put Architectural shingles up on ou home which was a brand new construction at the time. We supplied all materials and paid him for his labor. Unfortunately there is a problem where the shingles are now lifting up We called him and he did come and look at the situation and told us he would be back in the spring to fix it. We never heard back from him tried calling him and never got in touch. I would not recommend him as he does shorty work and does not keep his promises to return to fix a problem

I was looking for a roofer to help out with a church service project. We (our church family) were helpiing a single mom with her house needs. After doing alot of inside the house work, we decided to check the roof. There were nails exposed and the chimney flashing was cracked and damaged. Our church family raised some money, but we didnt think it was enough to get a roofing contractor to do the work. Brandon Elwell called me and I explained the details of the job to him. He looked over the job and gave me the best quote on labor and materials by far. I hired him immediately after he quoted the job. He and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job and cleanup also. I would and will recommend him to others that I know. Thank you Brandon for an excellent job well done!!
