Could not have asked for a finer job.  The crew sent by Lowe's were all first rate.  They  installed and cleaned up after the job. They brought all the tools to do the job.  Once started, did not stop until finished.  All questions were promply dealt with.

Overall, the experience went well. We decided to go with Lowe’s since they have a good reputation. Lowe’s has subcontractors, and it turns out their subcontractor was very reliable, and they went above and beyond. The roofers were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing; they did a professional job as far as the roofing goes. I had to pay ahead of time for the entire project, so I used a credit card to protect myself. Their concern about their customers is evident, and Lowe’s did come in to inspect the work that the subcontractors were performing. They tried to do whatever they could to satisfy what I needed, and I appreciated that. If they broke something, they replaced/paid for it (falling shingles). Once the work was completed, all the extra nails were picked up and everything was cleaned up nicely. Our roof looks excellent; I’m happy with their services and I would recommend this location.
