We have been using them for about 40 years. We have a contract with them. It took some time for the work to get started after we got the estimate. It took them probably four to six weeks. The estimate was for about $4200. We didn't shop around for estimates because we always use them.

Waltz employee arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it with a minimum of inside-the-house mess.

They were good, but a little pricey. They are one of the only companies in the area who has the equipment to deal with big plumbing issues.

They are very good. It cost me $120 and they did a good job. They are very punctual and they get back to you very quickly. They give you a free estimate on what needs to be done. Their work typically meets what is estimated. I would use their services in the future too.

It's a great company and they are easy to reach after hours. They are our emergency people that will come out and help anytime. You can schedule an appointment when you call; you don't have to wait for a callback. They show up when they say they will. They give you a price upfront. They are very friendly. We have a long-term relationship with them.

They were prompt, efficient and effective though not speedy. The plumber explained it all so I could understand and encouraged me to watch and learn. The main issue was billing. They told us in advance they would charge for their drive time and charged us a half hour to drive the 2.2 miles to our house. Then once here they charged us $88 per hour for labor and then tacked on $75 for the video camera and $140 for the electric eel which cleaned the pipe out. This motorized snake was an old and well used piece of gear.
