+ -1 moreI had a written agreement for roofing for 7400.00.This so called "Business" worked for a few hours for two days.VERY POOR WORKThen they nailed strapping to my roof and have not been back to work for a month.The owner tried to get more cash money from mebefore 1/2 the job was completed.He "bounced" a check with the material suppliers.NEVER SHOWED to work when he stated he would. Left all metal out in the rain and the manufacturers warranty is now void.Financially and morally BANKRUPT.Had to seek legal counsel,this guy is a SCAM.
Description of Work: I signed a agreement with this business for a roofing job for the amount of 7400.00.What a nightmare from the start.....SCAM

+ -1 moreWritten agreement was clearly breached and I had to seek legal counsel.Worked a few hours and has not returned in a monthPoor quality work,NO SHOW several days,left roofing material in the rain and manufacturer warranty is void.This guy bounced a check with the materials supplier which is a felony charge in Maine over 2000.00.He tried to threaten me into handing him over cash money that was not part of the written agreement,saying he was broke and could not finish the job without this extra cash from me ! MORALLY BANKRUPT ~

Description of Work: Mr Fortin provided a contract for installation of a metal roof, took the $4,500.00 deposit and delayed the project for 6 months and then stopped responding to calls to get the job started. We, along with several other unrelated customers, took him to small claims court for failure to fulfill contact or to refund deposit.
