This was my second time using their services. The first time was installing a solar water heater, to replace one that was 30 years old. There was a problem with the installation (the plumber they brought made a serious booboo) but they came right out and fixed in the next day.

We were embarrassed that our plumbing subcontractor failed to purge all of the air from your water heater and burned out the electric element when we came to disconnect and reconnect your solar water heating system. We were happy to install a new element and resolve the issue immediately and will not be using said subcontractor in the future. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you."

Vaughan Woodruff delivered top-notch work from beginning to end. I recommend this company without reservation. In addition to the work delivered, Vaughan consulted and advised on several other projects that we investigated and decided against; but, we felt that we were well served whether or not we went ahead.
