Description of Work: The work never happened. When he was called for an estimate, he said that he would be over the next week. He never showed or had the courtesy to say he wasn't interested in the job. It is totally inexcusable that he was so rude and basically lied when he said he was interested in doing an estimate. He should have told me up front.
