Description of Work: The builder performed many projects for us including installing new roof shingles, floor leveling, sub floor installation, door installation. deck construction, chimney repair, interior wall construction and porch reconstructions. The builder also completed several smaller jobs at other properties we own including installation of structural beams and lot clearing of tre Initially Brandon Perry's work ethic appeared adequate, although each job he completed was not completed as anticipated. The longer he spent on a job it seemed the more short cuts were taken and the end product suffered. An example was the land clearing was suppose to result in a level smooth lot - Not the case. The foundation on one job was dug up with new drainage installed. The quote included gravel/stone under the drainage pipe - none was included. Brandon does not like to be questioned or any fault found within his work. He reacts strongly! After several call backs for repair of inadequate work on our current project, the final call back for a repaired porch (which was the second time for the same issue) he reacted very unprofessionally and basically told us he never said his work was guaranteed and no longer wanted to work for us because we wanted everything for free. After paying him half up front for every project and paying him in full on the day of completion - finally we realized what we were dealing with and will never have him do any work for us in the future!!! It's just too bad we didn't take action sooner

Description of Work: Gutted our kitchen, installed new floor, new kitchen cabinets, new countertop, fixtures and appliances. Gutted two bathrooms and installed new floors, cabinets, countertops, toilets and fixtures. Replaced damaged sheetrock in living room and den. Installed new closet doors downstairs and hung old doors upstairs.
