VAIL'S TREE SVC

We have used Tim for years. He is the best. Great to work with, professional, careful and reasonably priced. He also cares about doing the right thing and preserving where possible. The only negative is that it can sometimes take him quite a while to get around to coming by to do non-emergency work. But he always answers calls promptly and is very quick to respond in an emergency. Thanks for everything Tim!

The arborist up in the tree was on a self-hoist line, a secure line, small saw in scabbard, small Stihl on belt. He moved around like a monkey. Lowered heavy branches with a rope. Cleaned off small and large dead branches at the proper distance to trunk. Guy on ground with long pole saw, one loading a tractor with debris and taking it to chipper. Very neat to watch. Fast, accurate, professional.

He’s been coming for years and he takes care of a lot of people around here. He has a good crew, they are efficient, they care about what they do, and they are scrupulous about checking with neighbors if a branch crosses the property line. I have absolutely never had a problem with him.

Vail is an arborist. He is very knowledgeable and concerned about the environment. I don't use his services anymore since I use another company that is closer. He has a tree license. His biggest problem was punctuality and I would give a mediocre grade for it. The company that I use now is not licensed. So if I need information about trees, then I would use Vail's Tree Service.
