SIGNATURE ROOFING

Description of Work: Jerry (owner) was supposed to install zinc strips and clean the black streaks that were on our roof. They came out promptly and installed the strips (at least we think they did it) and were supposed to clean the roof. When I came home at the end of the day they were having problems with the sprayer machine. The roof was wet but it didn't look like it was clean. They were paid and left. When we checked the job the next day, it didn't look like the roof had been cleaned at all. My husband tried several times to call Jerry with no returned call. I called from a different phone number and Jerry answered right away. I explained we understood he was having problems with his machine and wondered if he was coming back to clean the roof as it didn't look like it was cleaned. He said he would return that weekend (now end of Nov.) to do it. He never showed. We called several more times in the fall and in the spring only to be promised he would do the job the next day and didn't show for any of the promised dates.
