King refused to do it. Our window (exterior) is definitely covered by the Association (HOA), and that isn't even his money. He can send workers to fix it, then bill the Association, and we just pay it. But he refused. For this reason, I think he has his hand in the pot of the HOA funds. He stated that the window was "not original," yet it was one of his employees who oversaw the window's installation long before I purchased this condo. He said, "Not my problem, he's no longer working for us anyway." But, the head of the HOA agreed that he should have scheduled this $50 job, and just billed the HOA. I shared that with him. He refused, and called me "cheap," and even made fun of me for being widowed. I searched Google, Yelp, etc., and he has tons of negative reviews, and zero positive reports, except from current employees. But, there are also former employees who edited their forced positive reviews to tell the truth. King is a hideous person. He's evil. All of his tenants agree, and his former employees too, that should speak volumes.

Not well at all!! Save your money and do not rent through King!!!
