When I first inspected your roof, it was clear there were significant issues, including structural damage that went far beyond a standard repair. Despite the scope of the project being uncertain and risky, I took on the work because I knew you were in a tough situation. I provided a detailed estimate explaining that this was a complex job, and you agreed to the terms. You ended up needing a framing company to reframe half of your roof, after which I said I would return and reinstall a new roof free of charge. If anyone has further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
