This was the second experience with Steve Beckwith and the work was outstanding. In addition, he supports his work and, when some sludge (well water filter issue) partially blocked a one-way valve, limiting heat, he was out at 11PM to repair the problem with no complaints, no extra charges for non-normal working hours, etc. Steve provides accurate estimates and provides options to control costs along with cost/benefit analyses. As a small contractor, Steve requires payment for materials upfront, but he discounts his services to reflect hsi reduced carrying costs. All told, we have spent about $30,000 with two new construction home heating and A/C systems. Thorough, reliable, professional, and takes the time to explain things.
