Garrett and Saul were professional, timely, and had excellent attention to detail. Our front porch was in bad shape. GB's Frame-up and Carpentry replaced everything - safely retaining the roof over the space, leaving not even a single nail in our driveway/front walkway, and communicating effectively for the length of the job. Garrett was easy to reach if we had any concerns. The porch looks exactly as my wife imagined and we will call his company with any future projects on our home. The job came out just as planned. To start the estimation/contract process was extremely professional. The contractor gave us options on work and material. The work was completed in timely manner, site was well managed and good clean up done when finished.

We needed Garrett to replace cement steps/railings and replace the single gable roof above it. Garrett came in a timely fashion to review project and submit a quote. The job was completed on a schedule that he had laid out ahead of time, and billed accordingly matching the quote. He worked with us for supplies & delivery. We were thrilled with his work and absolutely love how it came out. He used trek style boards & railings for the decking and large tresses for the gable roof line. He was fantastic and we would highly recommend Garrett as a carpenter for your projects. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!
