Basically everything went pretty well during the construction of the apartment and we gave him an excellent review. Now, six months later we are having a problem with some electrical outlets that were installed by a subcontractor, Bear Hill electric, and after sending him an email about the issue, he will not reply to the email or answer our phone messages. If a company can not follow through with a return email or phone call for whatever reason, they are not worth hiring and can not be recommended.

The design process went well. They are working here today! They just have the foundation and structure done as of now. They began work on Nov. 2 and the work is expected to be complete in mid- January.
