"The dock in question is now entering its third season in the water. For the first two seasons we installed and maintained the dock and there were zero issues. This spring another dock company installed the dock and it appeared to have not been done correctly. Sebago Dock offered to still help even though we did not install it this season. All we asked is the customer go back to the company that did the install this year to get it out of the water first. We stand 100% behind our products when we know they have been installed correctly."

They arrived later than stated, which is usual in this business, as they never know how long previous job will take.
Materials they build are excellent.
I think prices are high - but then, they are competitive with others in the business. - l about the same. High demand brings higher prices. Sometimes they run specials, which are a good deal.
The owner is very nice - and most knowledgeable.
