I bought the coupon on Sept 22, 2013, but the company didn't contact me for almost two weeks. On October 11th they gave me an estimate in person, with the work to start the week of October 21st or the following week. November 1st came and went with no call. I called and confirmed on November 19th that the work would be done. On the 18th I called to confirm and was told they would be unable to keep the appointment. Rescheduled for the 22nd, at which time the work was completed. They chipped a large pile of brush and limbs, took down 1 tree and pruned several others. The work was done very professionally and they did a great job. It's too bad their responsiveness was questionable.

Anthoni and his team removed a 300 year old maple, and trimmed 2 other trees of similar age that had many branches overhanging my house. The work they do, and the equipment they use, have become second nature to these guys. They were able to complete the job in 4 hours, including complete cleanup, even sweeping my walkway and driveway. Anthoni seemed to understand the concern I had regarding such a large project so close to my home, and was great at projecting confidence and reassuring me along the way. Should anything have gone wrong, the damage to my home would have been devastating. These guys are professionals in every sense of the word, and thanks to the special deal they were offering through Angie's List, saved me a lot (I had obtained other quotes for the job). I am pleased to recommend Anthoni and Marsten Tree Service. Invite your friends over when having the work done, the precision and skill they employ, often at great heights, makes for a pretty impressive display.

They were prompt and professional. The price did not include cutting up or taking away...we did that ourselves.  I would use their services again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and he did good, he did a great job. We paid more because I did a couple more branches. He will come to do some more branches when the weather is good. I bought the Angie's List deal for 223 Dollars, and he came back and said that it would cost a little more money to do it, and we agreed to the price. He came back to do the job. If I knew that he would charge more, I would have bought 2 big deals. He did a great job, and he did whatever we asked him to do. He did a good job of clean up. He did an excellent job and I have nothing against him. I will definitely use him again as I have a couple more branches that need to be done.

Marston removed a dead tree from my property. Getting a date was the only hitch in an otherwise good experience. I found the service through Groupon so perhaps they were extra busy but it took a while to have the tree cut down. Once here, they did a great job including being careful of a small tree nearby that I wanted to save.

I bought an Angie's List deal to have Marston Tree Service prune numerous trees, remove some unwanted trees, and generally "spruce up" our land. From the time I bought the deal to the time they were able to come on site, it was several weeks - but it was worth it! The crew showed up at 8:30 and finished by 10:45- work done professionally, taking time to check with me to ensure what I wanted was being done, when they left, our landscape looked great and they left little to no trace. Great crew!

Went very well. They came when they said they would. It was a job I shared with a neighbor and it took all week. Through it all, they shared plans and progress and cleaned up every day. I was very pleased.

Felt like there was a lot of talk by the company, unprofessional and stressful to deal with.
Job price and expectation, all changed according to what happened when they got to
the job site. Asked for 2 checks one for the company and one to himself. Would not
go through this again. Learned alot as a consumer after the fact.

Overall a great experience. I heard about them from a co-worker who was also happy with their work.
