The folks at Caretake America do a really outstanding job on mowing and trimming my lawn. They are dependable, quick, efficient, and really take care and pride in the work that they do. I am very pleased with their work!
The only place I would like for them to improve on are their communication. When I am not at my property, I have no idea if they were there, or when they'll be there. My neighbor lets me know when they have cut my grass.

Caretake America Inc. really cares about what they do. The do the job right the first time so you never have to ask them back. They're really, really conscientious about doing everything to my satisfaction. They always ask if this is what I want or if they did it the way I wanted it and if I'm pleased with the work. The owners have several workers working with him and they're quite loyal to him. They follow through on all those steps. Whenever I have to use them, I would go to them before I'd go to anybody else, because I've always had excellent service by them and they do wonderful work. I call them if I need anything, and they'll be there almost immediately. Whatever I need, they're there. They cut down trees. They watched my house while I was on a trip. They mow my lawn and they trim my bushes. Whatever I need to have done, they're there. They have a big enough staff that they can come out without delay.
