Lee and his crew were great.  They completed the job efficiently and stayed in touch with us on the progress.  There were no surprises in the end.  We knew that there was going to be some damage since the building had not been painted and repaired for quite a few years.  The course of action that Lee recommended was to replace the rotting wood instead of repairing it which would have taken longer and would have been more costly.  They did an awesome job and the building looks excellent.  We will use them again in the future.
