Everything has gone very well. I worked with Carolle Ohmeis, she was sympathetic and knowledgeable. She made it easy to go through what I had to go through with this major remodeling. I could contact her at any time with questions and she was always responsive.

They came in, they had guys that I am quite sure were not really qualified to do the work and they showed up late. A couple of times two guys showed up drunk. They brought in really good quality things but their workmanship was just awful. They did not put any bridging in or anything so you could hang pictures or anything like that in the walls. We had to have them come back three or four different times to deal with sheet rock and cabinetry issues. They have continued to come back but I really cannot give anybody really good marks if they have to come back more than once. All the closet shelving that they put in has fallen out. The closet in my daughter's room fell down and all the shelving came out of the wall. They have done a shoddy job and they want to do an even shoddier job to fix it and get out of here quick. They did the initial construction two years ago and they have been back three to four times now dealing with sheet rock issues, leveling issues, closet and racks and all these other things that just literally fell out of the wall. We even had Keith Trembley himself, the builder come out here and he came out to look at the work and to redo some of the work that his guys had done and he was rude and not very responsive or anything to a lot of these things. I got the feeling that since he was contractual with the insurance company, that was the only reason he was really coming out. I make sure that anybody that I know if they are thinking about going with them, I make sure that they know what happened with us.
