Masonry Work
Horrible. Absolutely no follow-up on complaints.
Result: In 1 to 2 months, one corner brick had cracked mortar. Saw owner James Fecteau casually on street twice and mention both times of issue. He said he would follow up. Company has yet to review work.
Now in 2012, the mortar is completely desolving all over. And, will not hold up for another winter.
NOTE: Original brickwork was from 1978 and unrepaired portion still in excellent condition.
[In 2008, originally selected this company after observing a small local commercial job in progress. This appeared to be done well but by multiple workers. Now in 2012 that job appears to be still in good condition]
