Price and quality were top notch - this was a very expensive job, but other contractors wanted $22,000 but wanted to convert the old radiators. Bob's was the only one to offer new radiators as part of the over all job at no "extra" cost. They also set up zoning, which is great for controlling costs in our giant house.
We were very happy with the work crew, their professionalism, and also their flexibility in working around our schedule. I have no reservations, and would hire Bob's again for any job.
But...
We had a few communication hiccups. First, they said they wanted to do the conversion in early July, but that came and went with no word. I had to reach out to them in mid-July and the was schedule for late July. I got married in early August. Not really the best timing, but waiting to do it after the wedding would have been worse.
The house in in Maine and my now-husband was there, but I was in Virginia for work and trying to manage the conversion long distance. Despite having the fact that I was the person to arrange the bid, signed the contract, schedule the work, send the check, etc. they never called me or checked in with me, they only talked to my husband. This would have been fine except they showed up with radiators that were the wrong size, and somehow convinced my husband I had approved these radiators, even though installing them would have required shimming them out from the wall, and then they would have stuck up above the windowsills by 4 - 6 inches. I never would have approved this, and only found out by chance! When I called Nate, the service manager, he was quick to get it sorted out, but I don't think it should have ever happened.
They also installed two radiators in a room that had only one, and no one checked with me on the location of the new radiator. It's now in a very inconvenient location and we can't even turn it on. (You could blame my husband for not checking with me, too, but I feel like I should have been called: he and I weren't married at the time and the house belongs to me, not to him or to us jointly, I was paying for the work, and my name alone was on the contract.)
These are, in the grand scheme, fairly minor things, and I think would not have been issues had I been there in person and able to talk directly to the installation crew. I recommend them without hesitation; I just encourage the customer to be proactive in communicating.

I like that they have 24-hour service and that I could do a budget plan with them. I don't have to call to schedule deliveries and they just always take care of it. They call every year with a reminder that the furnace needs to be cleaned. I think that their price is an average of what it costs anywhere to have that type of work done. The quality is very good.
