The entire process went horribly, to the point we had to investigate obtaining a restraining order, due to verbal threats he made to me. "you had better watch out, messing with a veteran who has fire-arms!" He did not return the finishing materials, nor did he return the money paid to him in advance, even though he had received call(s) from the County Sheriff's department, advising him to do so.
